We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or the description is inaccurate, and will notify you promptly.
All prices exclude import duties, which are borne by the recipient.
4. Products and Warranty
We guarantee all products are brand new and authentic, conforming to the described specifications and functions.
Products come with a standard global warranty, which does not cover damage caused by human error, accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.
Activated smart devices do not support no-reason returns; please refer to our return policy for specific return and exchange rules.

All our products, software, website content, and trademarks are protected by intellectual property law. You only have the right to use the products and may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
6. User Conduct
You may not use our services to engage in any illegal, infringing, or fraudulent activities, nor may you spread malicious software or interfere with the normal operation of the website.
7. Disclaimer
We are not liable for any losses caused by force majeure, third-party services, or the user's own fault. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. 3C Products Special Restrictions & Provisions
The following special terms are exclusively applicable to all 3C electronic products sold on the platform, including but not limited to mobile phones, computers, tablets, smart wearable devices, audio equipment and all digital accessories, and shall supplement and prevail over the above general terms for 3C product transactions, usage and after-sales services:
8.1 Transaction Rules: All 3C products will undergo strict pre-shipment inspection and functional testing. Minor non-functional differences including official system version upgrades, batch production process differences and slight appearance scratches that do not affect daily use do not constitute quality defects and are not eligible for order cancellation, replacement or compensation. Bundled 3C product packages support overall return and exchange only; separate return or partial refund of individual accessories is not accepted without confirmed quality problems.
8.2 Activation & Return Rules: All brand-new 3C smart devices will be deemed as used once activated, network-connected, account-bound or initially used. Activated devices do not support no-reason returns and exchanges. All activation records, activation time and device status data shall be subject to the official data released by the product brand manufacturer.
8.3 Warranty Exclusion Provisions: The official global warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to unauthorized flashing, root unlocking, system modification, firmware tampering, installation of unofficial third-party software, external impact, drop, liquid ingress, dust corrosion, and charging with non-original accessories. Appearance wear, aging and consumable accessories such as batteries, data cables and adapters are not covered by free warranty service after normal use.
8.4 Intellectual Property Restrictions: All built-in systems, firmware, driver software and technical codes of 3C products are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from decompiling, cracking, duplicating, modifying, reselling or secondary developing the relevant software and technical resources without official authorization. Any commercial use and dissemination of unauthorized cracked resources is strictly forbidden.
8.5 Usage Specifications & Liability: Users shall not use 3C products for illegal behaviors including network cracking, signal illegal amplification, privacy infringement, unauthorized recording and shooting, and commercial piracy. All illegal use consequences and corresponding losses shall be borne solely by the user, and the company reserves the right to claim compensation for relevant losses.
8.6 Special Disclaimer: The company is not liable for user data loss, file damage, account abnormality and information leakage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification or third-party software installation. The company’s after-sales liability for 3C products is limited to inherent hardware quality problems, excluding system bugs, software incompatibility, third-party application failures and network adaptation problems.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of HK. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation; if such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in HK.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be published on the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
